Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply and implementation of the public administration information system, the filing portal providing the requirements of the KZOPDS (hereinafter also the "System"), which will provide a list of public administration services of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and Sports and the use of these servicesin fully electronic form and in accordance with the discomfort of Act No. 12/2020 Coll., Authority for Digital Services, as amended. The component for the user creation of the forms may not be part ofdeliveries. Fulfillment consists of parties:
a) Fulfillment and - delivery of system, its implementation and commissioning for the public and implementation of four forms - three individual forms and one form for general submission;
b) performance B - technical support and system operation;system. The assumed target number of implemented forms is 40 pieces.
