- The Provider undertakes under the conditions stipulated by this contract by its attachments to its expense, in its risk, in accordance with the legislation and with proper professional care to provide services to ensure methodological support to the Client in the field of road safety and smoothness.Specific content of the works will be the processing of expert opinions in the field of transport and construction,
realization of road safety audits, day and night security inspections of PK, but also the processing of traffic-engineering assessments. The service provider will be
on the basis of its knowledgeBase, respectively. According to newly found knowledge and experience in the above area, to provide the Client with methodological support in the form of professional statements, consultations or training of its employees. This form of support will be used at the same time even if necessary representing the client for coordination meetings,Public hearing and meeting with representatives of public administration (Transport Department, Police).of an activity.
