- Description:
- The subject of the public contract will be the processing of multi-stage project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "PD") of the overall reconstruction of building K. The individual stages of PD are understood to mean:
-variant study, incl. provision of the necessary design documents and surveys, carrying out a professional cost estimate,
-project documentation pro location and permission of the project (joint documentation for zoning decision and building permit)
-project documentation for construction implementation and for the selection of a construction contractor,
-project documentation for interior equipment.
Individual stages of PD will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation relatingIt relates to the subject of the work, in particular with the requirements of Act 183/2006 Coll., the Building Act as amended, or Act No. 283/2021 Coll. and in details according to the current implementing regulations.
Part of the performance will also be the provision of related services:
-engineering activities related to obtaining the necessary permitsher,
-cooperation and technical assistance in the procurement procedure for the selection of the construction contractor,
-supervision of the designer (author supervision)
