- The subject of the VZ will be the processing of multi-stage project documentation (hereafter referred to as "PD") for the overall reconstruction of building K, class. Generala Piky 1999/5, 613 00 Brno owned by the Mendel University in Brno. Part of the performance also includes engineering work up to the PD level for the implementation of the construction and the selection of the construction contractory.
The building was built in 1985, it has 3 floors and floor plan dimensions of 51.5 x 34 m, it does not have a basement, the supporting structure consists of a reinforced concrete skeleton MS-OB.
The premises of building K will be designed in such a way that all faculties, students or PhD students of MENDELU can use them for research and teaching purposes; they willdesigned universal typed research and teaching workplaces (laboratories, preparation rooms, classrooms, workrooms) including offices, meeting rooms and necessary facilities.
The so-called "MENDELU Innovation Hub", an innovation center of the Mendel University in Brno, will be built in part of the building, which will be co-financedfrom the OP JAK subsidy program. For the purposes of submitting an application for subsidies, project work on this part of the reconstruction began in advance. The use of this part of the PD and its implementation in the PD of the reconstruction of the entire building are contractually covered
