- The subject of the VZ will be the processing of project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "PD") for the reconstruction of a defined part of building K, class. Generala Piky 1999/5, 613 00 Brno owned by the Mendel University in Brno, at the so-called "MENDELU Innovation Hub", the innovation center of the Mendel University in Brno. The premises of the innovation center willu designed to be used by all MENDELU faculty, students or PhD students for research and teaching purposes; universal typed research and teaching workplaces (laboratories, preparation rooms, classrooms, workrooms) will be designed, including offices, meeting rooms and necessary facilities. The basis forPD processing will be a detailed user input supplemented with the required parameters of the internal environment and capacity requirements for HVAC, ZTI, SiLP, SLP, technical gas distributions of individual typed spaces, or other requirements.
The subject of the VZ will also be the processing of the PD for the reconstruction of the building envelopey To i.e. the perimeter shell and roof of the building, with the aim of achieving significant operational savings of the entire building after reconstruction.
