- MENDELU - Building modifications of the building D
Description of the contract: The subject of the public order is the execution of construction works within the scope of the project documentation for the execution of the construction and the list of construction works, supplies and services with the usual dimensions, which will be used to carry out the construction modifications, extensions and superstructures of the building D Meof the University of Brno, residing in the demolition of the non-load-bearing 3rd floor, reconstruction of designated parts of the 2nd floor to the 2nd floor, construction of a new entrance extension and elevator, and the construction of two full new floors (3rd floor and 4th floor) and a partial 5th floor, carrying out the necessary internal installations, including modifications to the immediate surroundings ofbuilding D, implementation of green roofs, including containers for plants and construction, landscaping and garden improvements in the immediate vicinity of building D, and installation of technology in the scope, as defined in the project documentation, including all connections of the building (or their repairs) to the area-wide network and distribution systems, and itall required construction-technical and technological quality - see details. cl.1 Submission of documentation.
