- The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of medicinal products containing the active substance Cetuximab in the form of an infusion solution with a strength of 5 MG/ML in a vial of 100 ML and 20 ML for a period of 2 years according to the current needs of the contracting authority. The specification of the required medicinal product is given further in this ZD and in Annex No. 2 of this ZD Price offer.
Continuous deliveries of medicinal products will be made on the basis of partial orders for a period of two years from the date of entry into force of the contract.
