- The subject of the public contract is the ongoing supply of medicinal products containing the active substance ampicillin sodium in the form of powder for injection/infusion solution in packs of 10 bottles. The public contract is divided into parts in accordance with §35 ZZVZ. The individual parts differ in the strength of the medicinal product (0.5G, 1G and 2G). The supplier can submit an offer for one, several or all parts of the public contract. Ongoing supplies of medicinal products will be carried out on the basis of partial orders issued according to the current needs of the contracting authority for a period of two years from the date of entry into force of the Purchase Agreement. The subject of part 1 of the public contract is the continuous supply of medicinal products containing the active substance ampicillin sodium in the form of a powder for injection/infusion solution in a package 10 bottles each. Continuous deliveries of medicinal products will be made on the basis of partial orders placed according to the current needs of the contracting authority for a period of two years from the date of entry into force of the contract.
