Description:
The subject of the procurement procedure is the continuous supply of medical material for the preparation of parenteral nutrition (hereinafter also "Consumables") according to the needs of the contracting authority on the basis of a framework purchase agreement concluded for a period of 8 years. Part of the performance is the loan of a device for mixing parenteral nutrition and provision of its service on the basis of a loan agreement (Consumables together with borrowed technology are also referred to as "Goods"). At the same time, the contracting authority reserves the right, through the conclusion of a future purchase agreement, to buy back the object of loan during the first quarter of 2026, for a maximum a purchase price of CZK 1,900,000 without VAT and, at the same time, through the future service contract, the right to conclude a contract for the provision of post-warranty service for a period of 8 years, at a maximum price of CZK 200,000 without VAT for 1 year, see reserved changes for details.
