Description:
The subject of performance is the supply of new and unused medical devices. Instruments and equipment must be fully functional and complete so that they can be fully used for normal purposes. Complete delivery means delivery new and unused medical devices, including their delivery to the place of fulfillment, assembly, operator training, delivery of technical documentation, instructions for use, declaration of conformity, commissioning and performance of professional maintenance (warranty service). Medical devices included accessories will be specified in the offer sheets (technical sheets), which will be part of the offer in the Czech language. The subject of the contract will be implemented in accordance with all applicable Czech legal regulations and harmonized European standards, if such standards exist. If such standards do not exist, the provisions of Czech technical standards, construction technical measures and technical specifications contained in publicly accessible documents normally applied in technical practice.
