• According to the provisions of § 35 and 101 of the Act, the public contract is divided into 2 parts: •Part 1 Needleless access tubing •Part 2 Needleless connector The subject of part 1 of the public contract is the regular supply of tubes with needle-free access for a period of two years (2) years from the effective date of the purchase contract. The subject of part 2 of the public contract is the regular supply of needleless connectors for a period of two (2) years from the effective date of the purchase contract. The supplier can submit an offer for only one or both part of the public contract. The contracting authority does not limit the number of parts that can be assigned to one supplier. For both parts of the public contract, the contracting authority requires the submission of samples. Detailed in the tender documentation. Medical consumable infusion material, part 1 - Tube with needleless entry The subject of part 1 of the public contract is the regular supply of tubes with needle-free access (hereinafter also referred to as "goods") for a period of two (2) years from the effective date of the purchase contract. The goods will be delivered in the form of "packages" with shipment to the central SZM+MTZ warehouse at the Liberec hospital and the SZM warehouse at the Turnov hospital. From about 4Q 2026, the goods will also be shipped to the SZM warehouse set up in the Česká Lípa hospital. Deliveries will always be made on the basis of a summary order for individual departments the client once a week, in the specification and quantity according to the client's current needs.
