Description: The subject of the public contract is to check the correctness of monitoring and measuring the volume of discharged wastewater by the supplier according to § 103 paragraph 2 of the Water Act, in accordance with the conditions set by Decree of the Ministry of the Environment No. 328/2018 Coll. wastewater, reading of the amount of pollution and measuring the volume of wastewater discharged into surface waters, in accordance with the conditions of authorization of the measuring group to perform official flow measurement with free surface meters according to Act No. 505/1990 Coll., on Metrology, as amended , in accordance with TNV 25 9305 Measuring systems of flowed water volume in free surface profiles, in accordance with Metrological regulation MP 020 issued by the Czech Metrological Institute in February 2018, and also in accordance with the Methodical guideline for checking accuracy of flow and flowed volume measuring systems of discharged wastewater from 30.11.2020.
