• Description:
• The subject of the contract are services consisting in the performance of research work aimed at measuring the quality and quantity of substances contained in condensates, liquefied gases and dry ice, including sampling during the production process and quantification of the production of dry ice from of the liquid CO2 snowing process. All these products come from the process of utilizing the mixture of fermentation gases escaping during the winemaking process from the grape vines. The scope of the contract also includes sensory evaluation of condensates, fermentation gases dissolved in water, dry of ice sublimated into the water environment. The result will be a research report with processed results and evaluation. The first step of the research service will be the sampling of the investigated variants during the process of condensation and liquefaction of the fermentation gases. There will be three in total technological repetition (three independent fermentation runs) and daily sampling for 12 days, a total of 36 samples. Each analysis will be performed in three repetitions. In the next phase, it will be necessary to ensure the quantification of dry ice production from the snowfall process and subsequently analyze the chemical composition. A total of 30 samples (10 repetitions to evaluate the repeatability from the mentioned three fermentation runs). Each analysis will be performed in three repetitions. The potential supplier will provide laboratory analytical measurement of parameters related to the quality and quantity of collected condensate, gas and dry ice samples. The supplier must have at least one of the listed analytical methods or technologies for each range of analyzes listed below.
