- The subject of the public order is the execution of restoration work and follow-up work consisting in the production and operation of an educational model of the cabin torso of the locomotive S 489.0 / 230.050-7, the so-called "laminate"", year of manufacture 1966 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Cabin") with the aim of restoring the Cabin for permanent exhibition use in exposition of the upcoming Railway and Electrical Engineering Museum to the condition specified in the restoration plan. The restored and model-like cabin will be placed on a newly manufactured support structure, and its design will enable an educational presentation of the driver's work at the locomotive stationlay public in the museum exhibition. The resulting design of the Cabin model will allow museum visitors to familiarize themselves with the principles of operating and controlling the locomotive, colored mainly by acoustic effects, limited in intensity and directed only to the interior of the Cabin, as well as interactive (audio-visualm) by displaying the train journey from the driver's point of view, when the control of the displayed train journey will be at least partially ensured by real preserved control elements in the Cabin.
