• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the production and delivery of a 1:1 scale model of a draft horse, including a harness, which will be shown in dynamic motion when pulling a replica of a horse-drawn carriage called Hannibal (inv. no. 38551) from the Client's collections, for exhibition use in the future interior exhibition is being preparedof the Museum of Railways and Electrical Engineering (hereafter referred to as "MŽE"). The resulting model of a horse with a harness (chest and head including eye flaps, collar, reins, etc.) (hereafter referred to as the "Mockup") must appear completely realistic, including the actual size of the animal, and must match the proportions of thecar Hannibal and with this car, in the future exhibition, to appear compact and convincing. Part of the Mockup must also include a hidden structure enabling the Mockup to be reliably anchored to the base; fixation must take into account the accessibility of the exhibit to visitors (when the exhibit will be placed in the exhibition space"freely", without a display case, within reach of visitors), solved completely reliably. Installation at the site of the final location in the upcoming MŽE exhibition, which will take place at an as yet undetermined date in the future (horizon of approx. 5 years), is not the subject of public procurement, however, the selected supplier will be contractually bound to oself-assistance during this installation for the purpose of supervising the installation method and providing cooperation and consultation in order to minimize the risks of damage to the Model (hereinafter also referred to as "Assistance").
