- The subject of the public contract is the execution of restoration, conservation and other related works in the field of railway repair related to the historical mining locomotive 900 BS 200 "Krutwig", year of manufacture 1957 (hereinafter also referred to as the "Locomotive") with the aim of bringing this Locomotive into a fully exhibitable conditionbut of the non-operational condition specified in the restoration plan. The main approach of the selected supplier should therefore be the effort to restore and conserve the Locomotive to a condition corresponding to the "last day of operation" of the Locomotive, the resulting appearance should represent the Locomotive as a machine in a long conditionof everyday work use, not as a polished and flawless-looking product just leaving the factory production line. After the completion of the restoration work, the Locomotive will only be statically displayed in the exhibition (that is, its operation on the public railway network is not considered); however, the repair must enable e.gesun tuned locomotives on the tracks directly in the exhibition at a distance of several meters. The detailed technical specification of the subject of the public contract is given in the "Restoration Plan - Mining Locomotive - Inv. No. 68501 Mining Locomotive 900 BS 200", prepared by the expert team of the National Technical Museumin February 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Restoration Plan"), which forms Annex No. 1 of the Model Work Contract, which forms Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation.
