- The subject of this contract is a framework provision of managerial education for employees of the Agency for Nature and Landscape Protection of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as “AOPK”). The subject of this contract is the provision of services of group teaching managerial education for AOPK employees, including the determination of the method of providing these services. The maximum number of trained employees will be about 150 per year. The target group are: Top Managers, Directors of Trade Unions and Regional Workplaces, Head of Department, Project Managers. Provision of group education services will be realized under the following conditions: • Manager training program will be adapted to individual groups according to the level of management that will be divided into groups: 1. Top managers (6 employees) 2. Directors of trade unions and regional workplaces (22 employees) 3 . Head of the department (94 employees) 4. Project managers (19 employees) • Group size will be max. 15 participants (Optimum 10 - 12). • Managerial training will be held on the basis of partial contracts that will be concluded with the supplier. Individual meetings will have a time subsidy in the range of 4-16 teaching hours • Management training will be held in the premises of the contracting authority throughout the Czech Republic. • Group ...
