Description:
The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement without the renewal of competition between the contracting authority and one supplier whose offer will be evaluated as the most economically advantageous, on the basis of which sub-contracts for services related to the subject of performance defined below will be concluded. Partial contracts can be concluded up to the financial limit of the framework agreement, which is CZK 12,000,000 excluding VAT. The limit also applies to the unit prices listed in the selected supplier's offer, which cannot be exceeded within the framework of performance.
The subject of performance is the provision of continuous administration, development and operation of the design system gov.cz, including design and implementation of new components and templates, maintenance and refactoring of existing elements, ensuring accessibility according to WCAG 2.1/2.2 and EN 301 549, infrastructure operation and methodological support. Part of the scope of performance is also the provision of continuous provision of operational services defined in the Catalogue services (DS-01 DS-03), which are provided continuously during the validity period of the framework agreement. The catalog of services forms Annex No. 8 of this ZD and at the same time Annex No. 1B of the Draft Framework Agreement (Annex No. 4 of this ZD).
The subject of the performance of the public contract is further specified in the draft framework agreement (Annex No. 4 of this ZD) and in the technical specification (Appendix No. 7 of this ZD).
