Description: The subject of the public contract is the professional administration and maintenance of forests owned by the contracting authority, according to Act No. 289/1995 Coll., On forests, as amended, including also growing activities according to the specification below, logging incl. approach of the harvested timber to the transport point, purchase of the harvested timber and performance of other activities on land intended for the performance of forest functions owned by the town of Lanškroun.
The administrator is obliged to cooperate with a professional forest manager.
The management of urban forests will consist mainly in the preparation of documents and keeping forest management records, preparation of documents for the preparation of annual plans of cultivation and harvesting activities, records of harvested timber, records of cultivation and other activities.
The maintenance of urban forests will consist mainly in the performance of cultivation activities, logging activities and the purchase of harvested timber.
The subject of performance is specified in detail in chap. 2.1 of the tender documentation and also in the draft contract.
