- (nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of this public contract is the professional management and maintenance of forests owned by the City of Lanškroun, according to Act No. 289/1995 Coll., on forests, as amended, also including the cultivation activitysti according to the specification stated in the tender conditions, logging incl. bringing harvested wood to the removal site, purchasing harvested wood and performing other activities on land owned by the city of Lanškroun intended to fulfill the functions of the forest. The manager is obliged to cooperate with the expert forest managerby the way. The management of urban forests will consist primarily of the preparation of documents and the maintenance of forest economic records, the preparation of documents for the preparation of annual plans for cultivation and mining activities, the registration of harvested wood, the registration of cultivation and other activities. The maintenance of urban forests will consist in particularand in the performance of cultivation activities, mining activities and in the purchase of harvested wood. The subject of performance is specified in detail in ch. 2.1 of the tender documentation and also in the draft contract.
The subject of this public contract is the professional management and maintenance of forests owned by the City of Lanškroun, according to Act no.289/1995 Coll., on forests, as amended, also including cultivation activities according to the specification stated in the tender conditions, timber harvesting incl. bringing harvested timber to the removal site, purchasing harvested wood and performing other activities on land intended to fulfill the functions of the forest ine property of the city of Lanškroun. The administrator is obliged to cooperate with a professional forest manager. The management of urban forests will primarily consist of the preparation of documents and the maintenance of forest economic records, the preparation of documents for the preparation of annual plans for cultivation and mining activities, the registration of extracted timber massmaintenance of urban forests will mainly consist of the performance of cultivation activities, mining activities and the purchase of harvested wood.
