• The subject of the work is the execution of a construction-historical survey (hereinafter referred to as SHP) within the scope of NPÚ methodology (Jan Beránek, Petr Macek: Methodology of construction-historical survey, NPÚ, edition of professional and methodological publications, volume 70, Prague 2015, ISBN 978-80-7480-037-5), including inventory (inventory) of valuable elements according to NPÚ methodology (Václav Girsa, Josef Holeček, Pavel Jerie, Dagmar Michoinová: Pre-project preparation and project documentation in the process of care for building monuments, NPÚ, edition of professional and methodological publications, volume 24, Prague 2004). If the requirements in the methodology are listed only as recommended, the contracting authority requires compliance with them as mandatory. The processor must, where appropriate, properly justify their non-fulfilment. The object is an immovable cultural monument (town house, register no ÚSKP 40911/6-490) located on the territory of the protection zone of the Hradec Králové Municipal Monument Reserve.
