Description:
The subject of the contract is to draw up two partial project documentation for the project entitled "Waste Water Distribution from the municipalities of Rajhradsko and Ujezd to WWTP Modřice", where each will be separately processed in these performance stages (stages):
- Evaluation of input documents (VP) taken by the contractor from The customer;
- elaboration of the intention of the location of the building (zUS);
- processing of documents, elaboration and performing surveys and their evaluation (PR) and performing preparatory work;
- processing of biological evaluation (BH);
- processing and acquiring a uniform environmental opinion (JES);
- Project making Documentation for submitting an application for authorization of the project, including the calculation of costs and the complete document part (DSP) pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act to the extent stipulated in Annex No. 1 of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., Decree on documentation of buildings;
- cooperation in the provision of the authorization of the project (SP);
- Project documentation for construction (PCB) to the extent stipulated in Annex 8 of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., Decree on documentation of buildings;
- technical assistance in the tender for the selection of the contractor of the building (HN);
- Performance of author's supervision in the realization of construction (AD).
