Description:
The subject of the contract is to process the project for the construction of "Modernization of the road II/355 Chrast - Hrochův Tynec (circular cross.)" In the degree of documentation for Implementation of construction to the extent pursuant to Section 157 of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act (hereinafter referred to as the Building Act) and its implementing decrees and to the extent documentation For the award/implementation of the construction pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 on the award of public procurement, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "ZZVZ"), its implementing regulations. Part of the Public Procurement Part of the Public Procurement includes engineering activities involving in particular discussion with the authorities concerned and parties to the proceedings, the result must be an integral Positive opinions on project documentation. The subject of the contract is also the performance of the activities of the designer pursuant to Section 161 (2) of the Building Act over the compliance of the built -up building with a verified project documentation by the contractor of the project documentation.
