Description: The subject of performance of the over-limit public contracts is ensuring the provision of expert services for the performance of the activities of the regional land office for the Pilsen Region, including its branches for the period 2021-2024.
As a result of this procurement procedure, the conclusion of a framework agreement with seven suppliers without restoring the competition between the Framework Agreement participants, with repeating fulfillment entered on the basis of written calls for submitting a proposal to close the order by the cascade system.
If less offers will be delivered within the time limit for submission, the contracting authority is entitled to conclude a framework agreement with less suppliers, but least with three suppliers.
