- The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The contracting authority concludes the framework agreement with one supplier. Framework agreements will be concluded for each construction object separately: SO1 district of the Railway Administration of Pilsen (identical to the Pilsen region), SO2 district of the Railway Administration of Česke Budějovice (identical to the South Bohemianparadise). The subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of the concluded Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "partial contracts") is specified in Annex No. 5b of Part 2 of the Procurement Documentation, with the fact that the subject of a partial contract can be any combination or quantity of items listed in the Annex to the Framework Agreement. Subcontractswill be awarded without renewing the competition.
