Description: The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The framework agreement is concluded by the contracting authority with one supplier. Framework agreements will be concluded for each building separately: SO1 district of the Pilsen Line Administration (identical with the Pilsen Region), SO2 district of the České Budějovice Line Administration (identical with the South Bohemian Region) in accordance with point 5.2 of the tender documentation and in accordance with point 16 of the ZD. The subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of a concluded framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as “partial contracts”) is specified in Annex No. 1 to this Tender Documentation, with the proviso that the subject of a partial contract may be any combination or quantity of items listed in Annex No. . Sub-contracts will be awarded without renewal of the competition.
