Description: The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of the Framework Agreement. The framework agreement concludes the contracting entity with one supplier. Framework agreements will be concluded on each building independently: SO1 Circuit of Lines Pilsen (identical to the Pilsen Region), SO2 Circuit Management of Czech Budejovice (identical to the South Bohemian Region) in accordance with point 5.2 of the tender documentation and in accordance with point 16 ZD. The subject of public procurement entered on the basis of a concluded framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as "sub-contracts") is specified in Annex 1 to this tender documentation, with any combination or quantity of items listed in Annex 1 to this tender documentation . Sub-orders will be entered without restoring the competition.
