Description of the contract: The subject of the tender procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement. The framework agreement will be concluded by the contracting authority with one supplier for the construction object separately SO1 district of the Pilsen Line Administration (identical with the Pilsen Region), in accordance with point 5.2 of the tender documentation and further in accordance with point 16 of the ZD. The subject of public contracts awarded on the basis of a concluded framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as "contract participants") is specified in Annex No. 1 to this Tender Documentation, with the proviso that the subject of a public contract may be any combination or number of items listed in Annex No. 1 to this Tender Documentation. The tenderers will be awarded without renewing the competition.
