- The subject of the VZ is the provision of comprehensive services connected with the maintenance of public greenery in Česka Lipa, i.e. comprehensive maintenance of public greenery owned by the city of Česka Lipa. Part of these services is also the provision and implementation of all measures of an organizational and technological nature for the proper implementation of theof the VZ. The purpose of fulfilling the subject of the VZ is the systematic and periodic care of urban greenery in accordance with Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended, Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, Act No. 128/2000Coll., on municipalities, as amended and Act No. 273/2022 Coll., on phytosanitary care, as amended. The actual amount of required activities will be governed by the needs of the contracting authority and will not exceed the scope set out in this procurement documentation.
VZ is divided into three separate parts, namely:
1. part of VZ maintenance of public greenery in district I.
Obvod I. includes the territory of the northern part of the city of Česka Lipa between roads II/262 and I/9, i.e. the Slovanka, Střelnice, Sever, Lada, Ujezd, Mikovcova, Havličkova, Klašterni streets, the city center, roundabouts
and City Park .
2. part of VZ maintenance of public greenery in district II.
District II. includes the southern territoryparts of the city under road II/262 and municipalities - Holy vrch, B. Němcove, Dolni Libchava, Milady Horakove park, Bulharska park, ČD park, park and 5. května street, Smetanovo nabřeži, Kozakova, Pod Hůrkou, Škretova, Lukostrelecka , U Kola, Manušice, Častolovice, Pisečna, Dobranov, Vitkov, Vlči Důl, Heřmanick... - Documents :
