- The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of new magnetic resonance technology (hereinafter also "magnetic resonance" or short "MRI") to the Jičin a.s. Including necessary building modifications as well as providing post -warranty service for 6 years (72 months).And the installation of new facilities will be carried out in full operation of other medical departments located in the premises of the "A" Regional Hospital Jičin a.s.
The public contract includes:
• delivery, assembly, installation, commissioning, including functionality verification, all operational tests,the prescribed tests and revisions according to the relevant applicable legislation, verification of declared technical parameters (the goods must meet all the requirements for it by the laws of the Czech Republic); A
• Medical Instruction Pursuant to Section 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll.and diagnostic medical devices in vitro (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the ZP"), including the exposure of the Instruction and Protocol Protocol, authorizing the subsequent instruction of the medical staff in the use of goods for a specified employee of the contracting authority, if the participant is demonstrableconsent of the manufacturer of goods; and
