- The subject of the public contract "MAGNETIC RESONANCE 1.5 T" is the procurement of equipment with a year of manufacture no older than 2025. The subject of the performance of the public contract is the dismantling and ecological disposal of the existing magnetic resonance, delivery, assembly, installation including provision and delivery of all the necessary equipment, as well as the execution of all construction modifications necessary for the delivery, assembly and installation of the supplied equipment and subsequent restoration of the premises to a clean and functional state in accordance with the requirements of the technical specification, operator instruction and commissioning of the instrumentation, including connection to the client's existing systems (including delivery of the technological project). The subject of the public contract must be new, unused, unrefurbished, unmortgaged, unborrowed, unencumbered leasing or other legal defects and must not infringe any patent or other form of intellectual property rights of third parties. All devices supplied must be intended for a medical environment and for devices that are medical devices must meet the requirements of valid Czech legislation for medical devices.
