Description: Delivery of school kitchen equipment with gastrotechnologies to the newly built Kindergarten building in Pardubice-Svítkov.
The capacity of the catering operation is an integral part of the operation of the kindergarten. The assortment of served meals will consist of the usual assortment of lunches and snacks, including the production of vegetable salads, spreads and the provision of a drinking regime. Meals from the kitchen will be transported at the level of the ground floor in a trolley in the inner corridors to the side pavilions with 3 compartments with separate dispensing kitchens. The capacity of the kitchen according to the project documentation is 85 lunches a day + snacks for 75 children in 3 departments of the kindergarten and 10 staff.
