- The subject of the tender is the supply of one lung ventilator for the anesthesiology-resuscitation department - ARO Hospital Znojmo according to the specification (see attachment no. 2 of the Call). Regular service inspections are also part of the performance of this public order device (BTK + KEZ), its warranty and post-warranty service (without spare parts), possibly also regular revisions and regular validations if the need for these revisions or validations results from generally binding regulations or requirements of the device manufacturer. The subject of the contract is as well as installation of the device at the place of performance, its commissioning, calibration, staff briefing and preparation of all relevant protocols in accordance with applicable legal regulations for medical devices, generally binding legal regulations and manufacturer requirements devices.
