- The goal of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement according to § 131 et seq. of the Act with multiple suppliers (min. two for each part of the public contract) for the purpose of providing services that consist of logging and other forestry activities (approaching, afforestation, bridging, handling of thorn, production of fences).
Jdepending on the current needs of the contracting authority, individual public contracts will be implemented as partial implementation, the implementation of which will take place separately.
Based on the concluded framework agreement, public contracts will be awarded in a procedure without the renewal of competition between the participants of the framework agreement. All conditions of fulfillment verof individual orders for individual parts are included in the framework agreement.
The order is divided into parts. The parts of the contract for which the framework agreement will be concluded are specified in detail in the technology sheets, which are Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation and an annex to the framework agreement.
