- The subject of this over-the-limit public contract is the development of project documents and the provision of related activities within the framework of the preparation and implementation of the construction of the "Forecourt of the Main Railway Station Ostrava", in c.u. Přivoz, municipality of Ostrava.
Scope of performance:
a) Development of documentation for a building permit, which includes eithere design of an architectural solution.
b) Performance of engineering activities in the scope to ensure the issuance of a valid decision on building permits.
c) Development of documentation for construction implementation including BIM documentation.
d) Development of a Health and Safety Plan for work at the construction site.
e ) Performance of coordinationof the OSH during construction preparation.
f) Supervision of the designer during construction implementation.
g) Data storage in the client's (already established) unified data environment (CDE). contract is the development of project documents andprovision of related activities in the framework of the preparation and implementation of the construction "Předstor Hlavni nadraži Ostrava", in c.u.
