Description:
The subject is the design of the building modifications of the uninhabited housing two -storey building Masarykova 737/50, 412 01 Litoměřice, the building stands on the plot. 3291 in the cadastral area Litoměřice. The existing apartment building is connected with a secondary two -storey building, which belongs to the closed complex of the collection yard. WITHThe adjacent object of the collection yard consists of a common block of houses, which is currently connected by a corridor. The building modification of the building will create 6 small -scale housing units in 1 and 2 NP (1x 1+kk, 4x 2+kk, 1x 3+kk). Part of the building modifications also include partial layouts in the 1st floor and on the 3rd floor (land).In 1st PP will be built, among other things, cellar boxes for each housing unit and in the 3rd NP Warehouse and Lable Spaces. A walkable area will be modified before entering the building. Part of the modifications is the construction of 4 parking spaces, one of which is designed for an immobile tenant. In terms of energyThe building is designed as a very economical (81 kWh/m2) - in class B. The facade of the building will be equipped with KZS (ETICS) with thermal insulation of gray polystyrene. The plinth part of the KZS and the part embedded under the terrain is made of perimetric polystyrene boards. Windows will be made of plastic multi -chamber profileswith interrupted thermal bridge with thermal insulating triple glazing. The heating of the object and heating the TV is ensured by the air-water heat pump. Part of the performance is to ensure the issue of the final building decision by the relevant building authority.
