Description:
The subject of the public contract is the ongoing supply of clothing according to the specification listed in Annex No. 2 - Annex to the cover sheet, where the indicative quantity of delivery for the subject of the public contract is also determined. The contracting authority reserves the right not to take away or to exceed the stated expected quantity.
In the event that components of the subject of performance do not meet the minimum conditions set by the procurement documentation, the participant of the procurement procedure will be excluded according to § 48 "ZZVZ". In this context, the contracting authority reserves the right to verify the correctness, completeness and truthfulness of the given facts in the offer, at the expense of the supplier.
Deliveries linen for patients - tracksuits
The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of clothing according to the specification listed in Annex No. 2 - Cover Annex sheet, where the indicative quantity of delivery for the subject of the public contract is also determined. The client reserves the right not to withdraw or exceed mentioned expected quantity.
In this context, the contracting authority reserves the right to verify the correctness, completeness and truthfulness of the offer facts, at the supplier's expense.
