- In accordance with § 101 ZZVZ, the subject of the Public Contract is divided into two separate parts, which correspond to the individual parts of the Public Contract performance, as follows:
Part A: Lighting control, indoor air conditioning control, security, electrical management, fan diagnostics
Part B: Tire managementof mechanical and electrical drives
Each part of the procurement procedure for the conclusion of contracts for work in Parts A and B is a completely separate subject of the contracting authority's procedure in the procurement procedure. The supplier is entitled to submit an offer for all parts of the procurement procedure, or for any individual part of the procurement procedure.
