- Description :
- The subject of VZ is the purchase of ManageEngine Endpoint Central (formerly Desktop Central) Enterprise Edition, permanent license (perpetual licesning model) according to the specification specified in Annex 1. Specifically SW license of the client, which currently has 1100 end stations and 5 administrators. The offered license must also include SW support, the same as for current licenses, until 17 December 2025. The reason is to expand the current system of uniform administration, under which we already manage current machines and would be ineffective and uneconomical acquisition of another similar system. More detailed conditions are listed in Annex 1 prompts_Smouva about software delivery.
