- The purpose of the public procurement is the conclusion of a contract, on the basis of which the school facilities listed in Article 1 of the Tender Documentation will acquire usage rights ("License") to the software products of Microsoft Corporation within the Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solution license program (hereinafter referred to as "EES") and other services connected with the use of Licenses to legal entities performing the activities of schools and school facilities established by the Vysočina Region. The subject of the contract are all the License items of the official price list of the Microsoft EES multi-license program; primarily, school facilities will acquire Licenses for M365 EDU A3. The contract will be concluded for 3 years, with each contribution organization, school facility according to the Tender documentation https://extranet.kr-vysocina.cz/download/odbor_informatiky/vz/priloha_uvazky_cena.xlsx, under the conditions specified in Annex no. 3 Tender documentation.
