• Description:
• The subject of this public order is the provision of Microsoft Corporation products for the provision of software services and hosted applications to end customers (SPLA) by the Data Center of the Ústí Region on the basis of a concluded license agreement. Licensing the contract will be concluded between the Data Center of the Ústí Region and the winner of the public contract, while the Ústí Region will cover the obligations from the concluded contract. Eligible products based on this license agreement will be drawn by the Data Center of the Ústí Region (hereinafter referred to as "DCÚK"), ID number 09658351. The contracting authority requests the possibility of using license models according to the current needs of DCÚK, namely: •Subscriber license, • Processor license, • Core license, •Host/Guest Licensing, •Product specific licenses. Minimum required products: ProductDescription of the product 9MC-00001Exchange Enterprise SAL ALng LSA SAL Corporate The estimated maximum number of guest mailboxes is 3,000 and is binding for determining the estimated value of the public order, not for the actual drawdown according to the contract. The license agreement will make it possible to draw on all current SPLA products available on the market during the period of validity of the agreement according to the needs of the Contracting Authority or the Data Center of the Ústí Region. Payments for performance under this contract will be made in the same currency in which it is kept account to which they will be transferred.
