Description: The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract is to ensure the obligatory insurance of the Liability of the ČR, s.p. for damages or other harm resulting from its activities and services provided in connection with air traffic control. Territorial validity of insurance is the whole world. The sum insured is EUR 500,000,000. This is a legal requirement, ie. Insurance within the meaning of § 46 para. c) of Act No. 49/1997 Coll., On Civil Aviation and on Amendments and Completion of Act No. 455/1991 Coll., On Trade Licensing (Trade Licensing Act), as amended.
