- Description :
- The subject of the public contract is the insurance of liability for damage caused by the operation of a motor vehicle within the meaning of Act No. 168/1999 Coll. The contracting authority (jointly as “vehicles”), for the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2027. The list of vehicles valid on the date of initiation of this tender (38 vehicles in total) is given in Annex 2 of the calls. Other vehicles will be included in the insurance, which will acquire the contracting authority during the given time and will be removed from the vehicle that the contracting authority will exclude from its fleet during the given time. The binding conditions of the insurance are listed in Annex 3 of the calls.
