Description: In accordance with the provisions of Section 35 of the Act, the Contracting Authority divided the public contract on the following parts: Home (a) Part No. 1 - "liability insurance caused by tram operations" Home (b) Part No. 2 - "liability insurance caused by bus operations" Home (c) Part No. 3 - "liability insurance caused by trolleybus operations" Home Suppliers are entitled to submit an offer to any part of the vz or all parts vz. Requirements for proving compliance with qualifications, conditions for submission of tenders and other conditions or requirements of the contracting authority are set uniformly for all parts vz, if the contracting entity further does not provide for a particular requirement for a part. A separate contract will be concluded on each part of the contract.
