- The subject of the contract for the supply of the contract is the supply of goods to the contracting authority building UNIMEC1, alley of freedom 1655/76, meeting the requirements referred to in Annex 2 of the Purchase Agreement (itemized budget) and under the conditions defined in Annex 3 (proposal for the purchase contract) of this tender documentation. This public contract is also supplies and services for support and service according to the service contract on the basis of the supplier's proposal while respecting the requirements set out in this call. The public contract is not divided into parts within the meaning of § 101 para.
