- The subject of the public contract is the provision of specialized legal advice to the Employer in connection with the activity of the Employer as a subsidy provider in the sense of § 14, paragraph 2 of Act No. 218/2000 Coll., on budget rules and on the amendment of some related laws (budget rules), as amendedlater regulations, for projects financed from national subsidy titles and for projects co-financed from the European Structural and Investment Funds in the program periods 2014-2020 and 2021-2027, for which the Contracting Authority simultaneously performs the role of the managing authority according to directly applicable EU regulations.
