Description:
(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) The subject of the Public Contract is the provision of legal software (hereinafter also referred to as the "Service"), taking into account that the full functionality of the software is required by the contracting authority both in the online environment and in internal offlIn the environment of the contracting authority, the provision of the service is possible both on the basis of the provision of a license and in the form of software as a service, or a combination of both. According to the form of the service offered by the supplier, the supplier will accordingly modify Article V of the draft contract for the provision of the service, which forms Annex No. 2 Tender ddocumentation (hereinafter also referred to as the "Agreement").
The subject of the Public Contract is the provision of legal software (hereinafter also referred to as the "Service"), taking into account that the full functionality of the software is required by the client both in the online environment and in the internal offline environment of the client is the provision of the service possible as nand based on the provision of a license, both in the form of software as a service, or a combination of both. According to the form of the service offered by the supplier, the supplier will accordingly modify Article V of the draft contract for the provision of the service, which forms Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation (hereinafter also referred to as the "Contract").
