- The subject of the public contract is the provision of legal services, including the provision of legal advice, on the basis of framework agreements concluded for 4 different areas (reflecting the 4 parts of the public contract, as will be specified below), consisting in particular of: a) complex legal representation of the contracting authority in thegroom before courts and other authorities; b) comprehensive legal advice, including opinions on drafts of generally binding legal regulations; c) analysis of European legislation; d) preparation of legal opinions and assessments, provision of legal consultations, participation and representation in negotiations, preparation and progressdrawing up draft contracts; e) processing of decision models, communications, forms or other notes; and f) other legal services directly related to the activity of the contracting authority.
