• Description:
• The public contract "Legal Services III" will be divided into a maximum of 3 parts, whereby part 1 will be closed with 5 suppliers, parts 2 and 3 will be closed with 3 suppliers for each part. The subject of the public contract is General legal advice, real estate law, property right. Legal services and consultancy especially in areas including business law, contractual obligations, compensation for damages from contractual obligations, administrative law, business corporation law, issues of incorporation of the contracting authority, relations between the contracting authority and the shareholder and the extent of these relationships to municipal law, the actions and responsibilities of statutory bodies, issues of the Labor Code, labor relations, collective bargaining, undisputed misdemeanor and criminal law, the compliance agenda, criminal liability of legal entities, in all mentioned areas, further participation in internal negotiations or negotiations with third parties, etc., to the extent according to the Framework Agreement (Appendix No. 2a of this procurement documentation). Real estate law and property law issues of the METRO department legal services and advice especially in areas involving legal relationships to real estate and legal obligations, contracts for the comprehensive adjustment of broader legal relationships, purchase contracts, contracts for the establishment of servitudes, rental contracts, borrowings, contracts on future contracts, innominative contracts in relation to real estate, resolution of property rights relations in the framework of the construction and development of the metro, legal advice and support in connection with the location of the railway construction in buildings, services related to the law...
