The subject of the public contract is General legal advice, real estate law, property law.
Legal services and advice especially in areas including business law, contractual obligations, compensation for damages from contractual obligations, administrative law, business corporation law, the issue of incorporation of the contracting authority, relations between the contracting authority and the shareholder and the extent of these relations to municipal law, the actions and responsibilities of statutory bodies, issues of the Labor Code, labor relations, collective bargaining, undisputed misdemeanor and criminal law, compliance agenda, criminal liability of legal entities, in all the aforementioned areas, further participation in internal negotiations or negotiations with third parties, etc., to the extent according to the Framework Agreement (Annex No. 2a of this procurement documentation).
